1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing mindskilltechnologies.com, booking a free demo class, or enrolling in our Oracle DBA, MySQL, MongoDB, or OCI Cloud training programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Course Enrollment & 1-on-1 Mentorship

• Enrollment grants you non-exclusive, non-transferable access to proprietary training materials, live instruction, and dedicated remote lab environments.
• Classes are conducted either in 1-on-1 personalized sessions or small interactive online batches as agreed upon during enrollment.
• Students must maintain respectful conduct during live Q&A sessions and mentor interactions.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All course modules, architecture diagrams, RMAN recovery scripts, Data Guard workflows, and video recordings provided by Mindskilltechnologies remain the sole intellectual property of Mindskilltechnologies. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or uploading of training content to public repositories or video sharing platforms is strictly prohibited.

4. 24/7 Dedicated Remote Lab Code of Conduct

⚠️ Lab Policy: Remote lab servers (Oracle 19c RAC, GoldenGate, OCI instances) are designated strictly for hands-on course exercises. Any attempt to use lab resources for unauthorized scanning, mining, or commercial hosting will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

5. 100% Placement Assistance Policy

Our 100% placement assistance includes resume optimization, LinkedIn profile review, technical mock interviews, and direct referrals to hiring corporate partners. While we provide complete preparation and interview opportunities, candidate selection is subject to the student's performance in corporate technical rounds.
